Accessibility Statement

Effective date: May 12, 2026 · Last updated: May 12, 2026

LetsCollab.bio is committed to making our product usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes the accessibility standards we follow, the known gaps we are actively working on, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

1. Standards

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our patterns include semantic HTML, accessible names for interactive controls, visible focus states, ARIA labeling on dynamic UI, color choices that meet AA contrast, and keyboard navigability on primary flows.

2. Practices We Follow

  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on public-facing pages.
  • Form fields associated with visible labels; required and invalid states announced via ARIA.
  • Color contrast ratios checked against WCAG AA on text, controls, and status indicators.
  • Keyboard navigation across menus, modals, lifecycle action bars, and tabs.
  • Live regions for transient toasts and status updates.
  • Reduced-motion respect on animated transitions when prefers-reduced-motion is set.

3. Known Limitations

Accessibility is a moving target. We are actively improving:

  • Some rich-text editor toolbars rely on third-party widgets whose ARIA support varies by browser; we are auditing replacements.
  • A small number of complex composers may need additional focus management on open and close.
  • Drag-and-drop interactions have keyboard fallbacks but the experience is not yet at parity with pointer users.

If you find a barrier that is not listed, please report it — see Section 5.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

We test on the latest two versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with current versions of VoiceOver, JAWS, and NVDA on representative flows. The Service should be usable on browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality on primary flows.

5. Feedback And Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have feedback, email feedback@getletscollab.com with the subject "Accessibility". Include the URL, the assistive technology you were using if any, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to prioritize barriers that block essential tasks.

6. Approval And Review

This statement is reviewed at least annually and after significant product changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent review.
