Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") lists what you cannot do on LetsCollab. It is part of our Terms and Conditions; violating it can result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
1. Illegal And Harmful Content Or Conduct
- Anything illegal under applicable law, including the laws of your jurisdiction and ours.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content sexualizing minors, or any content that endangers a minor. We report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to relevant authorities.
- Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal drug or weapons trafficking.
- Hate speech that targets a protected class with the intent to dehumanize, threaten, or incite violence.
- Sexual content without explicit consent of the depicted person, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any content related to human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Doxxing, stalking, harassment, threats, or intimidation of any person.
2. Deception And Fraud
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organization, or claiming false authority.
- Phishing, payment-redirect fraud, account-recovery scams, or any scheme designed to extract credentials or funds.
- Misrepresenting offered services, deliverables, pricing, or refund/cancellation terms.
- Fake reviews, fake engagement, fake follower counts, or other manufactured social proof.
3. Intellectual Property And Privacy Violations
- Uploading or sharing content you do not have the right to use.
- Republishing other users' content outside the licenses you were granted.
- Submitting personal information about third parties without a lawful basis.
- Scraping or harvesting personal data, including facial images, biometric identifiers, or government IDs, without authorization.
4. Security And Integrity
- Uploading or distributing malware, ransomware, worms, or any malicious code.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
- Probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program. See Security for our responsible-disclosure contact.
- Scraping the Service, bypassing rate limits, or circumventing access controls.
- Interfering with Service availability, integrity, or other users' use of the Service.
5. Spam And Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, requests, or invitations.
- Using LetsCollab to deliver promotional content to recipients who have not opted in or who have unsubscribed.
- Submitting requests in bad faith — for example, with no intent to engage commercially or with intent to disrupt the workspace owner.
6. Prohibited Business Activities
- Selling or coordinating the sale of regulated, restricted, or prohibited goods or services in your jurisdiction (e.g., narcotics, firearms, controlled financial instruments, prescription drugs without authorization).
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or facilitating evasion of trade controls.
- Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or "get-rich-quick" promotions.
7. AI And Automated Systems
- Using the Service to train generalized or third-party AI/ML models on data you do not own.
- Operating bots or automated clients that produce or accept requests at a scale incompatible with normal collaboration workflows.
- Generating synthetic content that impersonates real people without their permission or that violates the rules in Sections 1 and 3.
8. Reporting Violations
To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email feedback@getletscollab.com with the subject "AUP Report". Include the URL or handle, a description of the concern, and any supporting context. For copyright concerns, use the DMCA procedure in our Terms. For child-safety concerns, send the report immediately and we will action urgently.
9. Enforcement
We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, refer matters to law enforcement, or take other appropriate action for AUP violations. Severity, recidivism, and the safety of users and the public guide our response. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP as the Service evolves or as new abuse patterns emerge. We revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
