Data & Account Deletion

You can delete your LetsCollab account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Follow the steps below to delete your account, request help if you cannot sign in, and understand what may be retained and for how long.

1. Delete From Inside The App

  1. Sign in at letscollab.bio.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, select More, then Delete Profile.
  4. Confirm the irreversible deletion when prompted.

You can complete the flow on web or mobile web. After confirmation, your account is immediately signed out and queued for deletion.

2. Delete By Email (If You Cannot Sign In)

If you cannot reach the in-app deletion flow — for example, you lost access to your sign-in email — send a request from the email address on file to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my LetsCollab account". Include the email address your account is registered to and any handle or organization name that will help us verify the request.

We respond within 30 days. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data to protect against unauthorized deletion.

3. What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile, display name, handle, avatar, bio, and links.
  • Your offer listings, the requests you run, intake answers, attachments, deliverables, drafts, saved replies, searches, AI history, analytics, tasks, private notes, and workflow history.
  • Your stored payment-routing instructions and saved payment methods (links, handles).
  • Your Google Calendar connection and the encrypted refresh token, if you ever connected it.
  • Your saved preferences, drafts, and UI state.

4. What May Be Retained

  • Product analytics events, if you allowed analytics: kept by our analytics service for 1 year. Deleting your account in the app does not remove them. To have them deleted too, email [email protected] from your account email (see Your Rights And Choices in our Privacy Policy).
  • What the people you worked with keep as their records: the requests they run, with the messages you sent them, and your name on them.
  • Invoices, contracts and payment records, where tax or contract law requires them (for example, tax records may be retained for up to 7 years), with the payment proofs and delivery evidence they hold.
  • Limited security and audit logs retained for up to 13 months for fraud and abuse investigations.
  • Encrypted backups, rotated out within 90 days of deletion.

5. Timing

  • Your public page, profile and sign-in: at once.
  • Active systems: within 30 days of confirmation, usually within two days.
  • Backups: within 90 days as backup snapshots roll over.
  • Google Calendar refresh tokens: within 7 days from the deletion event.

6. Disconnecting Google Without Deleting Your Account

If you only want to remove our Google Calendar access — not your whole account — disconnect from Settings → External Integrations or directly from Google Account → Security → Third-party apps (opens in a new tab). The encrypted refresh token is removed from our primary systems within 7 days. Events already created on your Google Calendar through LetsCollab remain in your Google Calendar and can be managed there.

7. Verification And Appeals

We verify deletion requests against the contact channels associated with the account. If you believe a deletion request was incorrectly accepted or rejected, email [email protected] for a manual review.
