Subprocessors

LetsCollab.bio uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor processes personal data only on our instructions, under written terms that include confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and equivalent UK and Swiss safeguards) for cross-border transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States.

Current Subprocessors

Infrastructure And Application Hosting

  • Railway — application runtime and edge routing. Region: United States. Data: full application traffic.
  • Supabase — managed PostgreSQL, authentication, storage. Region: United States. Data: account, profile, collab, request, message, attachment, invoice, contract, and deliverable data.

Transactional Email

  • Resend — outbound transactional email (sign-in, request, invoice, contract, deliverable notifications). Region: United States. Data: recipient email and the body/metadata of triggered notifications.

Observability

  • Sentry — error and performance monitoring. Region: United States. Data: stack traces, request paths, and limited context with PII scrubbing applied.

Authentication And Optional Integrations

  • Google — sign-in (when you choose Google) and Google Calendar (optional). Region: Global. Data: Google account email, subject identifier, granted scopes, calendar metadata.

Analytics (Optional)

  • Only set if you opt in through the privacy banner. We do not currently enable a paid analytics processor; any optional analytics emits aggregated, anonymous event counts to our own backend. We will list any third-party analytics processor here before enabling it for users.

Changes To This List

We will update this page when we add, remove, or change subprocessors. We revise the "Last updated" date for each change. For material changes affecting EU/UK/Swiss data subjects, we provide at least 30 days' notice through this page; B2B customers under a separate data processing agreement receive notice through the channels in that agreement.
