Subprocessors

These are the categories of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") LetsCollab.bio uses to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor processes personal data only on our instructions, under written terms that include confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and equivalent UK and Swiss safeguards) for cross-border transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States.

Service Categories

Hosting And Accounts

  • Hosting services — run and deliver the app. Region: United States. Data: application traffic.
  • Account and storage services — sign-in and storage. Region: United States. Data: account, profile, offer, request, message, attachment, invoice, contract, and deliverable data.

Video Hosting

  • Video services — storage and playback of uploaded videos. Region: Global. Data: uploaded videos, their thumbnails, and playback requests.

Transactional Email

  • Email services — transactional messages (sign-in, request, invoice, contract, deliverable notifications). Region: United States. Data: recipient email and the body/metadata of triggered notifications.

Electronic Signatures

  • Signing services — electronic signatures for contracts sent for signature. Region: United States. Data: the contract document, its signers' names and email addresses, and the signing activity and audit trail.

Diagnostics

  • Monitoring services — error and performance monitoring. Region: United States. Data: technical error and usage context, with personal information filtered where configured.

Authentication And Optional Integrations

  • Google — sign-in (when you choose Google) and Google Calendar (optional). Region: Global. Data: Google account email, subject identifier, granted scopes, calendar metadata.

AI Features

  • OpenAI — AI drafting, summaries, search planning and images. Region: United States. Data: what you ask an AI feature to work on, such as your profile, offers, requests, messages, contracts and search briefs.
  • Processing services — help assess requests against your offers. Region: United States. Data: the request details and your offers.

Search And Public Content

  • Search and content services — help find opportunities and read public websites and social posts. Data: relevant search terms derived from your brief and the public page addresses needed to provide the feature.

We never send Google Calendar data, such as your calendar list or busy times, to these AI or search providers.

Analytics (Optional)

  • Analytics services — product analytics, only if you opt in through the privacy banner and never when Global Privacy Control is on. Region: United States. Data: feature and page events with a pseudonymous id (your LetsCollab user id when you are signed in), page paths, device and browser details, and recordings of your visits with anything you type hidden.

Changes And Requests

We will update this page when our service categories or data practices change. We revise the "Last updated" date for each change. For material changes affecting EU/UK/Swiss data subjects, we provide at least 30 days' notice through this page; B2B customers under a separate data processing agreement receive notice through the channels in that agreement.
